Adèle MacKinlay profile
Adèle is an associate of Ei World, an association which started some five years ago. In her role as Director of Human Resources at a significant financial services organisation, in conjunction with Geetu, she designed and implemented a cutting-edge leadership development programme for the top 35 high potential senior leaders, using the EQ-i assessment as its foundation. This programme has had far-reaching impacts on both the individuals and the organisation. Over the last year, Adèle has worked with key leadership groups, both in the public and private sectors, at the most cutting edge of EQ work. She has seen the significant impact that harnessing one's emotional intelligence can have on one's ability to influence the bottom line. Adèle is a highly driven individual, and through developing exceptionally engaging relationships, helps individuals realise their true potential, both personally and professionally. Adèle manages a portfolio career. She currently works for a consultancy company in the financial services space. This follows thirteen years at a major financial services organisation in the UK. When she left in early 2006, she sat on the Board, and indeed was the youngest member of the board, having worked her way up through a variety of customer-facing and senior management roles, from start-up through to a substantive business. Adèle worked in business development, operations, and HR. Her areas of expertise and interest are leadership development, change management, and people satisfaction.
