Needs Assessment

• What is the business context?
• What specific personal or business needs need to be addressed?
• Who is involved?
• What are the critical factors for success?
• What is the ultimate goal?

Design

• Which design best reaches the goal?
• What are the organizational learning biases from previous experiences?
• Which assessment tools are relevant?
• Who needs to be persuaded first?
• How will success be measured?

Launch

• What is the best format for the launch?
• Who needs to be involved?
• What is the next step that will indicate levels of commitment following the launch?
• Which key senior stakeholders need to be involved?
• Which materials are necessary?

Implementation

Implementation is usually a combination of EQ assessment, individual feedback sessions, observer feedback, development planning, individual coaching, group coaching, workshops and repeat EQ assessment.

Evaluation

Evaluation is usually conducted six months after the start of the intervention through a combination of a feedback form, manager or peer feedback, and repeat EQ-I.
