Cynthia Beckwith profile
Cynthia started her career in technical software engineering and progressed to become a manager of a large software development team, working at the 'cutting edge' of technology. During her time as a manager with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) she made a career change into people and business development. From there she progressed to a public sector business support agency where she worked with senior management of local businesses, offering business development support and advice. She gained a number of years experience in management consultancy, before starting her own business. As a consultant, she has gained a wealth of experience from working with public, private and third sector organisations and in providing people-focused development, from organisation development through to one-to-one coaching. She is accredited in the use of BarOn EQ-i and EQ-360 and is an experienced executive and life coach. She holds an MBA, a certificate in Counselling (skills and theory) and has studied Psychology with the Open University.
