New Affiliation with the Behavioral Coaching InstituteI have been increasingly asked to recommend a provider of coach training. This article details some very important relevant news and an introduction to a valuable resource for the training of coaches. The Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI) Having enrolled in the elite BCI Certified Master Coach programme last year, I found the 4-day training to be unquestionably the best available programme of its type. The good news is that I am now able to help others access this very valuable course. During the course, I quickly sensed a business opportunity and immediately begun exploring ways to get more involved. It follows that I found a very good match between BCI's core vision for coaching and the Emotional Intelligence perspective on coaching that I bring. These invaluable programmes can be implemented with your own colleagues and clients and provide a unique way in which to build a coaching culture in the organisations where you work.
