Case Study 6: Self-Paced EQ-i Accreditation

Background Context:
A fast growing consulting company in Western Europe.

The Need:
Two key consultants needed to become equipped in the EQ-I in a short period of time in order to offer EQ assessments as part of planned client work.

The EQ Intervention including features of delivery:

• A self-paced EQ-i accreditation programme delivered via web conferencing sessions, email and telephone meetings.
• All assessments conducted online (for knowledge test) and via webcam (for observed practice sessions).
• A final one day workshop was provided. This was the only intervention that took place face to face.

The Results:

• This was a pilot programme which proved successful and is now part of Ei World's offering.
