Emotional Intelligence AssessmentsOnline and paper-based scoring of three major Emotional Intelligence measures on either a bureau service or through providing access to online scoring - BarOn EQi, BarOn EQ360 and MSCEIT. EQ Mentor - this is a structured approach to providing assistance to individuals qualified in emotional intelligence assessment tools - a hybrid between a Coach and a Supervisor, who can facilitate dialogue on the effectiveness of using the tools being used in the context of the challenges of the environment worked in. Practitioner DevelopmentEquipping inhouse teams and individuals to use the following tools - EQ-i and EQ360 through both workshops and in a self-paced format (new in 2007). Hosting periodic events for practitioners working in emotional intelligence. EQ Web-based learning (new in 2007) - tried and tested methods for developing the 15 x components of the BarOn EQ-i. EQ Mentor (new in 2007) - a structured system of support for people qualified in emotional intelligence tools to receive coaching and help in the use of emotional intelligence assessments within their work context.
