Catherine Cheshire, PCC, SPHR

Catherine is an executive and leadership coach and Ei World team lead. Based in the United States, and originally from the UK, Catherine designs and facilitates executive development programmes internationally, in additional to coaching individuals. She works closely with diverse teams and leaders in all sizes of organization, from startups to Fortune 500, across industries such as pharmaceutical services, medical device, banking, media and global technology. Her global team experience includes Europe, Central America, JAPAC, North Africa and the US. 

In her work with leaders and teams to heighten their effectiveness and positive organizational impact, Catherine brings 25 years of practical business experience, interdisciplinary coaching approaches, and an academic understanding of the systemic nature of teams. As a coach and programme developer, she is guided by evidence and research, a creative and growth mindset, and a focus on the whole person to support sustainable resilience in a complex world. 

Catherine’s certifications include PCC-level coach by the International Coaching Federation and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Catherine has undertaken diverse continuing-education coach training, including psychodynamic, existential and mindset coaching. She is certified in the following psychometric assessments: Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, Emotional Resilience Survey, Executive Presence Index (ExPI), Hogan Personality Assessment Suite, Wave Personality Questionnaires, Strengths Profile, Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) and Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP). She is also certified in the Executive Arts Family of Maps. Catherine holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.

Catherine has lived, worked and travelled extensively around the globe and enjoys learning languages, including German, French and Spanish. She lives with her husband and two children in St. Petersburg, FL.
